According to a video posted by dentist Huzefa Kapadia, dentists can sometimes tell if a patient has recently performed oral sex on a penis-having partner thanks to a little thing called palatal petechiae, bruising of the soft-palate that can occur with frequent or aggressive oral sex. Kapadia says it’s very unlikely that a single oral sex session will result in this tell-tale sign. But, if the patient likes to eat multiple, multiples, and multiples of lollipops at once, then there might be a problem. He explained, using candy swapping as a PG euphemism.

Viral Tiktok Reveals That Dentists Can Tell When You’Ve Been Naughty
Huzefa Kapadia, TikTok dentist, confirms dentists can identify when oral sex has been performed by an irritating mouth condition called palatal pertechiae. This is a suck!
The jaw-dropping TikTok shows that dentists can tell when you have just had oral sex.
Huzefa Kasadia, dentist from India, says “I get these questions a lot,” as he said in the now-viral video.
“Yeah…we know.” Blowing the minds of nearly 42.7 million TikTok watchers , Kapadia, a dentistry practitioner in Michigan, provided professional lip service about dentists and oral sex after fellow TikToker @CianMcBrien announced the fellatio fun fact in a separate post.
McBrien said in a February video that “Just found out the dental can check [whether] someone had given [oral sex]” In shock over the brain-destroying claim, McBrien is seen covering his lips.
Kapadia produced a video that explained how dentists can determine the details of an individual’s oral hygiene.
@dentite #stitch @cianmcbrien In a video that has been viewed over 2.5 million times, he stated, “This is what it’s called.” Kapadia stated that there are a few of them, but it’s not important. He also suggested swapping genitalia in favor of candy on sticks to make his point.
He said, “But, let’s suppose you like to snack on multiple, numerous, multiple, and multiple lollipops every day… that is a problem.”
In the TikTok, Kapadia superimposes an image of a soft palate which is located in the upper portion of the back of the mouth infected with palatal petechiae.

An estimated 685,000 TikTok followers noticed a dentist and determined to perform their duty by confirming to all that it had been confirmed.
“Yeah. This question is asked a lot and we know. We know,” TikTok Dentist posted, adding “How do we know? TikTok will not allow us to go into too many details. A few days later, after his initial video took off, he came back to explain “Palatal Petechiae” using lollipops as an analogy for the human penis, ruining dentist trips and candy while he was at it.

All sorts of lesions can be found during examinations, with causes ranging from iron deficiency to infection (it’s not always overindulgence in lollipops), and so the team took a medical history of the man.
In true medical case report form, they began by defining oral sex.
The team defined fellatio as stimulation of the penis of a male partner by sucking on or licking. However, it is possible for adults of all ages to do it,” they wrote before getting into the horror it could cause.
“This practice has become very popular, particularly among young people, because it is considered safer than regular sex. I have been going to Angel Care Dental since I was a young child… so quite a while 😉 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
