A constant reply I received was: “The admittance to Kohl’s of pets is left upto each individual store manager.”

While every Kohl’s location is different, it appears that the majority of store managers are against pets and dogs because they believe this will prevent safety hazards or health issues.

A fundamental change in the operation of the business is caused by the presence of animals (e.g barking at a cinema).

A Kohl’s employee may try to serve you, but they won’t be able to stop your dog or cat from getting in the store.

An email with instructions to pick up your order will arrive once it’s complete

Unfortunately there’s no clear answer on whether Kohls will allow dogs inside their store. According to their customer service providers, the admittance of animals into the store varies per store manager.
