Your coworkers will not be able see you if you perform oral sex with a partner and then walk casually into the office. If, on the other hand, you wake up, perform oral sex on a partner, then stroll into the dentist’s office and open wide, your dentist might be able to tell what you were up to.
The potentially disturbing revelation is from where most information comes these days: TikTok. There, various dental experts posted video clips confirming the rumor about dentists being able to determine if your teeth have been affected by a certain organ.
Huzefa Kapadia posted a video showing how dentists sometimes can tell whether a patient had oral sex with a penis-having companion. This is due to something called palatal Petechiae. It’s bruising of soft-palate which can happen when oral sex is frequent and aggressive. Kapadia says it’s very unlikely that a single oral sex session will result in this tell-tale sign. But, if, as Kapadia explained, you “like to suck multiple, multi, multiple, and multiple, many, different lollipops every time… then you have a problem.”
Brad Podray, an orthodontist said that sometimes we can see. It’s typically bruising to the soft palate, called petechiae. However, we won’t take any care of patients who are very young or have suffered abuse. A TikTok user called @MandiMaee a dental hygienist. He explained that while it’s impossible for a dentist to determine if someone has ever had sex, they might still be able detect someone performing intense fellatio. To say that you could tell me if it was three years ago. The video shows her saying “No”. However, she said that if the act was performed recently and you were quite aggressive about it, then some people might have bruising of their palate. All of it can be determined.” The dentist won’t be concerned about the type and amount of sex that you are having with who and when. But if you’d rather not head into an appointment with the tell-tale sign of any recent performances you may have given, maybe consider going easy on the oral for a few days in advance of your next cleaning.

2. You’re pregnant Surprised or not, your dentist can identify signs from your mouth indicating that you are pregnant. You may already know you’re pregnant. It won’t shock you if they ask. Gingivitis occurs when progesterone levels rise, which can lead to bacteria building up. Some women might develop a temporary, benign pregnancy cancer. Your teeth will do the talking for you. This bad habit can result in unevenness and cracking of your enamel. You’ll be a blessing to your nails and teeth if you stop nail biting.
4. It’s possible to have oral cancer. Although it is not something that you would like to hear, the sooner treatment can be done. You should get treatment right away if you have bleeding gums or jaw pain.
5. You have an eating disorder People who are bulimic likely have a unique wear on their teeth that indicates to a dentist an eating disorder. Acid erosion usually occurs on the tongue side and can result in more cavities. While acid erosion may not be an indication of an eating disorder in every case, your dentist will help you to seek medical attention and support if this is the case.
6. What frequency you actually floss. We all lie to our dentists, but this is not a good way to fool them. While we are all aware of the importance and benefits of flossing daily, some people find it difficult to incorporate it into their everyday routine. Think again if you believe you can do it right in advance of your appointment. As soon as your gums are open, they will turn red and irritated.
7. Drinks high in sugar are often a favorite of yours. If you drink sports drinks or soda regularly, your dentist can help. Sugary drinks can cause tooth decay and soften teeth over time. Cutting down on your intake of these sugary beverages will not only benefit your oral health, but your overall health as well.
Next time you go to the dentist, be prepared to find out more than just if you have any cavities. The dentist can tell you so much about you and your health that you will be able to inform you on important things.

The jaw-dropping TikTok shows that dentists can tell when you have just had oral sex.
Huzefa Kasadia, dentist from India, says “I get these questions a lot,” as he said in the now-viral video.
Kapadia is a Michigan dentist who provided expert lip service on dental sex and other topics to TikTokers after colleague @CianMcBrien posted the fellatio funny fact in another post.
“Just found out the dentist can find out [whether] someone has given [oral sex] or not,” McBrien captioned a video in early February. He’s seen covering his mouth in shock at the brain-busting claim.
Kapadia created a second video explaining further how dentists can quickly determine a patient’s oral health.
@dentite with @cianmcbrien This is what it’s called,” he said in a post that’s garnered over 2.5 million views “If you like, let’s say, sucking on a lollipop. Kapadia admitted that only a few people are important, adding that it was not an issue to swap genitalia out for candy on a stick. This is a way Kapadia used to convey his points.
But let’s pretend you love to chew on many, many, several, different lollipops at once… then you have a problem,” he said.
In the TikTok, Kapadia superimposes an image of a soft palate which is located in the upper portion of the back of the mouth infected with palatal petechiae.

TikTok video published by user “thyrants” opens with the assertion that “the dentist can find out whether someone has given [head] or not.” It concludes with what appears to be a person, perhaps a medical professional, in a dental chair discussing the reality of “fellatio-associated erythema of the soft palate.” A scientific paper on the topic is used as a backdrop. “Sometimes we can tell,” the seated man says. “It’s usually bruising on the soft palate called petechiae, but unless the patient’s really young or we see signs of abuse, we don’t care.” @thyrants #stitch with @cianmcbrien yeah but we aren’t going to really give anyone hassle about it.

The French Journal of Venereal Diseases published the first ever report of fellatioinduced mouth lesion. Recalling this case in 2017, the 2017 paper said the paper stood out for being the first. However, it also featured the excitement with which the corresponding doctor explained the case. He described a case involving a sex worker who had what he thought was a highly professional work ethic. According to the 2017 paper, which was translated from French into English, this doctor described the patient as a “conscientious companion” who had “attached herself to work like an oyster to its prey.” TikTok’s 2018 case report highlights the treatment of a 47 year-old man with a lesion that was discovered in a dental exam.
Examining the mouth, we discovered an oval-shaped erythematous lesions with clear centres on the patient’s soft tongue. Asymptomatic, the patient did not know about the lesion. …The patient confirmed that he was sexually active and had been with other men for some time. He was also involved in oral sex. The last time he did this was 3 days before the visit. The erythema that appeared on his soft palate may have been caused by oral sex.
The scientific record contains many case reports such as these. One 2013 study that reviewed all the available literature concerning fellatio oral lesions revealed there may be many mechanisms of injury due to the sex act. Authors reported that the mucosal injury could be caused by direct contact with the distal penis on the palate. This can lead to submucosal hemorhage and rupture. Another potential cause, as described in the 2018 paper, is the “the negative pressure created while sucking,” which could also damage tissue in the mouth.
Although there is very little research in this field, it’s not impossible to say if fellatio results in many lesions. TikTok featured the 2018 TikTok study. This study referred to a thesis on Peruvian sexual workers. The study found that only 17 of the 132 had fellatio related lesions. While the rest of the workers did not suffer any injuries, most fellatio-related lesion were asymptomatic. Most cases can resolve themselves. While these aren’t meant to reveal your private sex history, they do suggest you consider an oral injury if your mouth is bleeding. An 2013 case report found that “fellatio” should also be included in the differential aetiology for intraoral petechiae. This is another reason why it is largely inaccurate to suggest dentists can tell if you have recently performed oral sex. A dentist can diagnose fellatio-related injuries if they combine clinical observations with the patient’s sexual and medical history. According to the 2013 case report, “the fellatrix or fallator may not be aware of the cause of the lesions, or might be reluctant to disclose these details,” “The clinician must have a high suspicion based on the patient’s clinical presentation and collaborative history of previous fellatio.” Some fellatio can be detected when a combination of patient’s medical and sexual histories is made.

I have been going to Angel Care Dental since I was a young child… so quite a while 😉 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
