Cons
JBL’s love for outdoor wireless speakers, such as the Xtreme 3 from JBL, has resulted in some highly-priced and innovatively made products. Flipcharge models of all generations received favorable reviews. While the previous generation Xtreme earned five stars when tested back in 2019, it has been praised by many. The Xtreme 3 is the latest version.
JBL Xtreme 3 is a speaker designed to be used in a number of situations. This speaker offers more than a strong exterior.
Construct
JBL Image Credit: The Xtreme 3 is waterproof, dustproof, and protected by a toughened shell. JBL managed to add a touch of aesthetic beauty to the package. The material that the speaker’s wrapped in gives a neat finish which is surprisingly pleasant to the touch. JBL logo appears smart, with its gunmetal finish. A blue or jazzy camouflage is also available if the black finish (pictured) makes you feel a bit overwhelmed.
There are two 7cm subwoofers behind the grille, and two 20mm tweeters to provide the high frequencies. At the other end you will find a large passive bass radiator. They provide some entertainment for listeners, as you can actually see them vibrating enthusiastically to every bassline that they are fed. This, along with the exterior resilient material, means the Xtreme 3 should not get hurt if they are left in a pool of water or sandstorm.
The Xtreme 3 has 100W total power. This is more than the 80W it had before, the Xtreme 2. The Xtreme 3 boasts a power boost that is accompanied by an increase in drive unit sensitivity from the conversion of ferrite magnets into Neodymium. This makes it sound a bit more loud.

Recent review of JBL Char 5 was done. The JBL Logo has been incorporated into the JBL speakers. The Xtreme 3 is a small, portable speaker that has been upgraded.
Verfügbarkeit
PS279 costs the JBL Xtreme 3 which is approximately the same price as the Xtreme 2 launched in 2018.
The older model is still available for PS150 at the time of this review. This price is quite affordable. Do you want one? However, I have not downgraded Xtreme 3’s rating because of a stock that is being shifted. For deal-hunters, it’s a hint.

Jbl Xtreme 3 Speaker Review: Impactful Dynamics For Outdoor Partying
Reading Time: 10 minutes. We test speakers. JBL was able to use IFA 2020 as an opportunity for JBL to reveal a host of new sounds toys. Four drivers, each measuring 2×70 mm by 2×20 mm, and two passive radiators make the speaker dust and waterproof. They also boast a half-kilogram (or one pound) less weight than their predecessor. The Xtreme 3 features upgrades such as a nonslip shoulder strap, 5.1 Bluetooth upgrade, a USB C port for charging and also to use the speaker’s battery for charging, a USB A connector to connect a music player and up to fifteen hours of battery life. And for the party animals out there, rest assured the bottle opener is still built right in.
The JBL Xtreme 3 went through the rigorous DXOMARK wireless speaker testing suite. The JBL Xtreme3’s audio performance will be reviewed in this article.
4 drivers (two x 70mm, and two x 20mm), 2 bass radiators
Bluetooth Multipoint (multipoint), and 3.5mm Jack input
Maximum battery life of 15 hours IP67
USB C port built-in for charging external devices and the speaker
Jbl Xtreme 3 Packaging
JBL Xtreme 3 arrived with a traditional-looking JBL package. It features an orange and white theme. There’s an image of the speaker in front and JBL’s logo on the upper-left corner. It’s located in the upper left corner.
On one side, you can see another picture of the speaker. The rear has more details.
Protected and safe inside the box is the Xtreme 3 Speaker. You’ll also find the user manual and a carrying handle inside. JBL also includes an AC adapter along with a USB C connector cable.
Next, let us talk about speaker design and functionality in our JBL Xtreme 3 reviews.
Jbl Xtreme Three Review – Design And Functionality
Comparing the Xtreme 3 to the Xtreme 2 & Xtreme 1 shows that its design is distinct. We’ll check out the design varieties and functions between them in this JBL Xtreme 3 review.
The JBL Xtreme 3 speakers are cylindrical in shape and can be placed horizontally or vertically. The top features two low-profile hooks that can be used to attach the carrying strap.
You can also use the integrated bottle opener on its carrying strap. The strap can also be used for outdoor parties or on long road trips.
We have the Xtreme 3 in black, but it comes in three colour variants. You have the option to select which shade best suits you.
The Xtreme 3 portable speaker is compact and lightweight. This speaker can be carried with one hand. You can also attach the carry strap. It is portable and battery-powered so you can carry it with you on your travels.
The speaker has an excellent build quality, and it comes with an IP67 rating. This means that the Xtreme 3 speaker is water and dust resistant, making it suitable for outdoor usage.
The speakers are protected by a thick netting. This gives it an even more sturdy and durable appearance. It also has a rubber base at the sides that prevents it from sliding when it is set vertically.
