What should I choose between Impala and Moxi Skates
Our Moxi skates won out over our Impalas. The fit and performance were just so much better. They were as different as day and night when I tested them both. You definitely get what you pay.
Although I have Impala skates for backup, my Moxies are always my go-to pair when I need to rock and roll.
Our recommendation is to use kneepads.
both have their own knee pad products but this set on Amazon works well too!

This Review is about Impala Inline Rollblades. Gliding into The 70S
My most beloved shoes. Lacing my pastel-blue rollerblades feels like falling into 70s dreamland. Sunlight is smoldering on the shoulders, and the thighs of the Santa Monica Boardwalk. You work hard and sweat to keep moving. As men drink summer shandys and lick their frayed towels, ice cream drips.
J.D. said, “It is a perfect time for bananafish.” Salinger but you skate away from the tragedy and gaze ahead. Today’s focus is on gliding in warm air and experiencing the pleasure – the high–of blading with Impala gear.
Impala Skates is an Australian roller skating, inline blades and skateboard manufacturer that hearkens back to the glam skate culture of the 70s, 80s and 90s. Girls perform amazing tricks wearing crop tops and flared jeans in pastel colors. Rollblades are called “Fairy Floss”, and protective gear comes in tie dye with chunky stars. It’s a romanticized version of skating, but the aesthetic totally works – my own history with rollerblading has been fraught and nerve-wracking, but I feel like a San Francisco hippy whenever I put my blades on.
Prior to getting my Impala Lightspeed Inlines (the skyblue/yellow design), my blades were too tight Roce blades. They irritated my toes, and made me feel like middle school. My shins were and are still a mess, and I became wobbly. Rollerblading to me was always an exhilarating experience. Although the gear restricted my movements, I felt free and it gave me the freedom to glide unassisted. I was astonished at how the Impala Rollerblades transformed my game. They gave me confidence when old, creepy men made comments about me like “Wow!” “You better be careful, young girl!” and such like. Here’s my honest opinion about Impala inline skateblades. We’ve been on 5 different adventures, each lasting approximately 4 hours. So I know their curves.
Are Impalas Good Outdoor Skates?
They are affordable and stylish, and the Impalas have the best combination of affordability and aesthetics. This package includes an aluminum plate, soft outdoor wheels and comes fully assembled.
Are Impala Sidewalk Skates Good For Outdoors?
Our skates can be used outdoors and in the indoors.
