Target Will Offer a Discount to Students in 2022
Target has a 15% Student Discount on Regular-Price Items in Store and Online starting 2022. You can verify your student status by opening a Target.com Account and providing some basic information as well as documentation about your school. Student discounts cannot be applied to most sale items or promotions.
Target Stores offers student discount codes.
Target offers a 15% discount to students who create an account with their personal email, first name and surname.
Inside your Target.com account, select “Get Verified” and upload documents proving you’re a student at a university, vocational/trade/technical school, community college, or postsecondary school.
Once your status is authorized, you can show cashiers the student discount coupon before paying, making sure to check your receipt for the price reduction.
Target.com offers student discounts
You can get a 15% student discount whenever you shop online at Target.com. If you already have an account that has been student verified, discounts will automatically apply at checkout.
Target.com and UniDays have teamed up to offer more discount to students 16 years or older. Students can register online for UniDays, as well as via an app.
UniDays offers a 20% Discount on all Target.com products.

Can Target verify Student Discounts?
Target uses SheerID, a company that specializes in verifying student status, to determine your status and give you discounts.
Target will require you to supply some information about yourself in accordance with its privacy policy. SheerID may also need this data.
Note that if you are asked for hard evidence to prove your status, you will need to take a picture or scan your personal student ID card, class schedule, or tuition receipt.

Should Students Get Target Circle?
Target Circle Rewards members are eligible to get additional 15% discounts for students.
There are coupons available that will allow you to get an extra $5 when you make a $20 qualifying purchase.
However, coupons are typically only valid for one-time uses. Target Circle membership members have many great deals and offers that students can stack and take advantage of.
