Target accepts returns for new and unused underwear within 90 days of purchase as of 2022, with a 1-year return window for Target-owned brands. Hygiene reasons prohibit the acceptance of used or worn underwear. If you provide alternative proof of purchase, then underwear can be returned.
Can You Return Bras To Target?
Target has a return policy that does not explicitly mention bras. It does however state that you can return any clothing unworn.

Is it possible to return underwear to Target without a receipt?
Target accepts returns even if the receipt is lost or damaged.
Target stores will also be able to locate your receipt in-store or online using details of your original payment method.

Target might offer a return in the form a merchandise card if it is not available.
Additionaly, the Target card cannot be used. This is only valid for returns that have been received, however, no proof of payment has been provided.

Can You Return Underwear To Target After 90 Days?
Employees on forums claim Target accepts returns of underwear after the initial 90-day period. As long as you retain the original receipt and the item has not been worn, Target might allow the return.
However, it is up to the store managers to decide whether or not the returned item can be accepted after the 90-day period.
Also, you have an extra 30 day to return any underwear purchased using Target RedCard. You can return your underwear in less than 120 days of purchase.
Target brand products are returnable for up to one year.
How will the Refund be received?
You will receive the refund back onto the payment method you used to purchase the item.
For third-party credit cards, refunds will take 1-3 business days and Target RedCard refunds can take 1-2 days.
If you return the item via Target’s Online Returns Center, the refund may take up to five days.
