As a thank-you gesture to healthcare workers, the Verizon nurse discount is available to nurses and respiratory therapists. Verizon will require that any person signing up for a discounted rate use ID.me. Further documentation and verification may also be needed. However, your job will be revalidated each year.

How do you sign up for the Verizon nurse discount?
If you’d like to apply for the Verizon nurse discount, the first step is to go to the Nurses Discount section of the Verizon website and select “Get Started,” towards the bottom of the page.
You will then be directed towards ID.me. It is here that you’ll complete the validation process and apply for your ID. Registering is required if an ID.me account does not exist.
Once you have verified your account, you’ll automatically be taken to Discounts by Verizon. Here you can choose to either sign up as a new customer or an existing one. Follow the instructions to complete the process.
Verizon can request the upload of a document to prove your eligibility, however, you must verify that your work email is valid during the Verizon Discount Registration process.
In order to have the document accepted for acceptance, you may upload either a pay statement or NPI.
To track the status of your registration, check out Check My Submit Status. However, if you had to send a document, then it could take 10 days to process the submission.
Verizon will send you a notification when your submission has been accepted. However, it may take up to 2 billing cycles before the discount appears on your bill.
Where can I find out my discount for a Verizon nurse?
After your discount has been applied to your account you will be able to view details about the nurse discount by using either the My Verizon App or the My Verizon Website.
For the My Verizon mobile app to work, sign in, choose “Bill”, and then search under “Account Charges.” You’ll see details about the discounts by clicking the + sign.
Are Retired Nurses eligible for the Verizon Nurse Discount
Verizon nurses are not eligible for the discount.
Verizon Nurse Discount for Spouses
Verizon will only offer the nurse discounted to the eligible person. Therefore, spouses can’t use the nurse discount.
