Walmart permits customers to return cosmetics such as eyeliner or blush, foundation, mascara, blush and lipstick within 90 days from purchase. Walmart will refund 100% of the cost for unopened makeup. For opened and unopened makeup, customers will only be eligible for store credit or an exchange if they provide a receipt.

Can You Return Used Cosmetics To Walmart?

If you receive your product within 90 days, most cosmetics can be returned to Walmart. The item can be taken to your nearest Walmart location or returned online at no cost via the Walmart website.

You must return the item with its original accessories. It is also important to return any opened cosmetics in their original packaging.

What Makeup Cannot Be Returned To Walmart?

Walmart can accept returns on all cosmetics, with some exceptions.

Products with ORM-D stickers must be unopened and returned in the original packaging. This includes perfumes, aerosols and nail polish.

These products are considered dangerous material because they have an ORMD sticker.

These stricter regulations do not affect your ability to return products with an ORM–D label within the required 90 days.

Some products, like computers or airbeds purchased from Walmart, must be returned within a certain time frame.

Walmart Will Refund My Makeup?

Walmart will issue a refund to your credit card or debit account used for the original purchase if you keep your receipt.

Your refund will only be applied to a Walmart gift voucher if that card is lost or stolen.
