Does Amazon Accept SNAP?
Amazon accepts SNAP EBT benefits except for Alaska, Hawaii and Louisiana. These benefits can be used at Amazon Fresh as well as Amazon.com.
WIC recipients often qualify for SNAP or Supplemental Nutrition Aid Program (previously known as Food Stamps).

Whole Foods Amazon is an authorized retailer for WIC.
Amazon purchased Whole Foods, a grocery store chain, in 2017, for more than $13 billion. This makes it the foundation of its same-day online delivery.
So even though you are technically using WIC benefits in an Amazon-owned organization, it’s still illegal as part your company’s website.
You still can receive benefits even if Whole Foods products cannot be bought on Amazon Fresh using your WIC.

Not to be overlooked is the fact that Whole Foods carries many of the products mentioned above but WIC allows only generic food.

Amazon will accept WIC in the future
WIC is not currently available on Amazon. But, it may be in the near future. The federal government ordered that WIC state agencies start to issue WIC cards for all WIC recipients by 2020.
Federal government’s Department of Agriculture states that the emphasis is placed on making benefits accessible to all recipients as quickly as possible. WIC beneficiaries can now be ordered online.
USDA published a November 2020 report that Gretchen Swanson Center for Nutrition received a 3-year grant from the USDA to develop and test a model for online order.
